Fontana
It comes from Fontanafredda, an Italian city, in the Padova region, the name that refers to our origin, rescuing the courage and battles faced by our predecessors when they migrated to Brazil in the 19th century, facing difficulties and building a new history on a new soil. This was also the case with the founder of JC Grossi & Filhos, José Carlos Grossi, when he took on the challenge of producing coffee on the new frontier for coffee growing, in 1972, which today is the Cerrado Mineiro Region.
Characteristics: Natural unwashed coffee, uniform appearance, high quality, typical coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro Region with notes of chocolate, caramel, delicate acidity, good body and pleasant finish.
